A midtown-based global law firm is seeking a temporary Legal Assistant to support a team of 5-10 attorneys. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Hourly pay rate: $40-50/hr
On-site four days/week
Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars Manage time and expenses Schedule and coordinate travel, both internationally and domestically Maintain and produce documentation and database Organize files and streamline the organization process Conduct research and handle client correspondence Prepare meetings and presentation materials Create, revise, and format legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, ideally within a law firm Proven ability to handle highly confidential information Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, think critically, and be a team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills Superior organizational and project management skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and strong computer literacy
