New York City Office of well-known law firm with offices across the United States and internationally is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to support Attorneys in the Real Estate Group. Job Description: Provide administrative support to Real Estate Partner Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and memos Facilitate smooth communication between attorneys, clients, and other staff members Prepare presentations and related marketing materials for client meetings and pitches Proficiently handles the input and organization of attorney time sheets to facilitate smooth billing procedures Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events Prepare and process detailed expense reports in a timely manner Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of documents Assist in document preparation for matters and compile documents as needed Support practice-wide and firm-wide initiatives and special projects Qualifications/Requirements At least 3 years of experience working in a Law Firm as a Legal Administrative Assistant ; real estate is a plus, not required Must be proficient with MS Office and iManage Must be open to hybrid work schedule and overtime when needed Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred If qualified and interested to learn more, please send an MS Word OR PDF version of your resume to Jess Levinson at JTL _
