Key Responsibilities Conduct daily cleaning tasks, ensuring resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices are hygienic and well-maintained. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure proper sanitation across the facility. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor. Adhere to infection control standards and universal precautions to uphold a safe environment. Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service. Execute other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not a necessity. Exhibit a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks. Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination policies. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stay active for extended periods. Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
