Key Responsibilities: Execute daily cleaning tasks, including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices. Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation protocols are adhered to, following established guidelines and safety measures. Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor. Follow infection control and universal precautions to sustain a sanitary environment. Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Possess a positive attitude and effective communication skills to interact with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks efficiently. Willingness to work around cleaning products. Ability to follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
