Benefits: n 401(k) n Health insurance n Paid time off n Wellness resources n Position Summary: n The LabCorp Assistant / Marketing Coordinator supports daily administrative, client-facing, and laboratory-related tasks while assisting with marketing and outreach efforts to grow the organization’s presence and client base. This dual-role position requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. n Key Responsibilities: n Administrative & Laboratory Support: n Assist with front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling, and patient check-in. n Support lab personnel with non-technical tasks such as data entry, specimen organization, and labeling. n Maintain accurate records of specimens, documentation, and client interactions. n Prepare and organize supplies and materials for lab use. n Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies and procedures. n Coordinate courier pickups, deliveries, and inventory restocking. n Client Relations & Customer Service: n Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, scheduling, and service-related issues. n Ensure timely and professional communication with referring physicians, clinics, and patients. n Follow up with clients and partners to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat business. n Marketing & Outreach: n Assist with developing and distributing marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media content). n Coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, or partnership programs. n Maintain and update client databases, email lists, and marketing CRM systems. n Support digital marketing efforts, including posting on social media and monitoring engagement. n Help track marketing campaign metrics and generate simple reports. n Represent the lab in a professional manner during promotional visits to clinics or partner organizations. n Qualifications: n High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or healthcare preferred. n Experience in a medical office, laboratory, or healthcare setting is a plus. n Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills. n Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement. n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. n Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. n Physical & Work Requirements: n Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. n Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for marketing materials or lab supplies. n May require travel for off-site marketing or outreach efforts. n Work may involve occasional extended hours or weekends for events. n Preferred Skills (Not Required): n Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar marketing tools. n Knowledge of healthcare industry marketing or client development. n Bilingual abilities are a plus.
