As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the voice of our company, helping customers stay comfortable in their homes and businesses all year long. Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

Communicate professionally and clearly via phone, email, and mail

Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member

Respond to customer requests submitted through forms, chats, emails, and calls

Recommend products or services based on customer needs and feedback

Troubleshoot and resolve basic service issues or product concerns

Open, update, and maintain customer accounts

Assist with order placement, scheduling, payment processing, refunds, and exchanges

Inform customers about promotions and special offers

Make follow-up calls to check in on service satisfaction

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Stay up to date with evolving products, services, and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

Strong ability to build rapport and communicate clearly

Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with or willingness to learn business phone systems

Excellent phone and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
