RemX is hiring a Customer Service Representative- Thermal/Automotive HVAC to join a leading supplier in the automotive industry.
Location: Murfreesboro, TN (100% onsite)
Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $25-$26/hr
Type: 9 month contract with the possibility to convert to permanent.
Position Summary: The Thermal Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding automotive HVAC products and processes. This role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and strong communication to support team members in areas like order tracking, troubleshooting, and product information.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely customer service and support to internal teams regarding HVAC components and systems.
Assist internal teams with technical questions, product specifications, and troubleshooting guidance for automotive thermal systems.
Process and track internal orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
Maintain records of internal requests and communications in CRM or internal systems.
Escalate complex technical issues to engineering or technical support teams as needed.
Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding updates, delays, or product changes.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or mechanical background .
Previous experience in customer service or technical support, ideally in automotive, HVAC, or manufacturing environments.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to understand technical product information and explain it clearly to team members.
Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and internal tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
