We are currently seeking experienced and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) in WEST PALM BEACH and surrounding areas.Position Summary: As an HHA with Preferred Home Care of Florida, you will assist patients with personal care, hygiene and activities of daily living as prescribed in their care plans. Responsibilities:Assist with meal prep etcAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and basic skin careObserve and promptly report changes in the patient's conditionMaintain accurate visit documentation per agency and Medicare standardsEnsure patient dignity, privacy, and respect during careQualifications:Current Florida HHA certificate or CNA licenseCurrent CPR certificationValid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insuranceNegative TB test and Level 2 background screeningMinimum 1 year of experience in home health or personal care (preferred)Excellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work independently and professionally12 hour ceu education requiredWhat We Offer:Flexible, part-time or per diem scheduleCompetitive per-visit payOpportunities for additional visits and case assignments if desired Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Family is everything.
