You will handle meaningful and impactful work, helping policyholders navigate claims involving hail, wind, flood, fire, and other catastrophic property losses. Role: Plaintiff-Side First-Party Insurance Associate • Represent homeowners and business owners in disputes over insurance coverage for catastrophic losses. • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses. • Participate in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. • Work closely with senior attorneys on strategy, but with autonomy to manage cases. • Collaborate with experts in property damage, insurance coverage, and loss valuation.
