This opportunity is for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support within a school setting. Serving students ranging from Pre-K through high school, you will play a critical role in enhancing communication skills and supporting individual learning needs across diverse grade levels including early childhood, elementary (K-5), middle (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12). Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate speech-language goals into the classroom environment. Deliver direct therapy services to students with communication disorders in a school setting. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational and legal guidelines. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success and compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Qualifications & Desired Experience: Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings, from early childhood through high school levels. Strong understanding of developmental communication disorders and appropriate intervention strategies. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, educators, and families. Ability to work within a contract position, meeting the scheduling and needs of the school district.
