What You'll Do: Create a warm, welcoming, and easy-to-navigate shopping experience. Build and share product knowledge to help customers find the perfect cards, gifts, and keepsakes for every occasion. Provide personalized service, helping customers connect meaningfully with the people they care about. Share stories and reinforce our culture of kindness and connection. Assist with daily store operations, including: Stocking and merchandising Processing sales at the register Managing inventory and shipments Fulfilling Hallmark.com and curbside pickup orders

Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages guests to return. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Perform other tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For: Flexible availability, including evenings, holidays, special events, and occasional weekends . Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, reaching, and climbing ladders. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 16 years old and meet applicable work permit requirements. 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong communication and consultative selling skills. Team-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset. Willingness to adapt, receive feedback, and embrace change. Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale technology.
