Willingness to relocate is a must. As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the financial and operational success of our restaurants. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional hospitality and guest service Fostering a positive and motivating work environment for team members Making informed Human Resource decisions Conducting comprehensive P&L analyses Managing and controlling inventory effectively Salary Range: Starting at $43,888.00 to $59,050.00 per year Qualifications To succeed as a Restaurant General Manager, you need strong customer service skills and the ability to lead your team effectively. You should also possess integrity and accountability.
