Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week Starting Wage: $29.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $30.25 Year 3 - $31.25 Year 4 - $31.25 Year 5 - $32.25 Key Responsibilities: Must perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders. Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse while adhering to product handling guidelines. Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming trucks. Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet appearance and safety standards. Participate in regular inventory counts following guidelines. Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management. Provide suggestions to improve warehouse processes. Inspect product quality and report any concerns to management. Independently act within the scope of responsibilities. Assist management in achieving budget goals. Complete all tasks accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies. Follow ergonomic procedures as established. Safely operate equipment as required for job functions. Notify management of quality and safety issues. Perform other assigned duties as needed.
