Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week Starting Wage: $24.25 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $25.00 | Year 3 - $25.75 | Year 4 - $25.75 | Year 5 - $26.75 Duties and Responsibilities: Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders. Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to handling guidelines. Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment. Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards. Participate in warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines. Engage with peers, suppliers, and leadership through effective communication. Provide feedback to management about process improvements. Inspect products and report quality or safety concerns to management. Work independently while collaborating with team members. Assist management in achieving budgeted goals. Complete all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following company policy. Adhere to ergonomic programs and safety guidelines while operating equipment. Notify management of any product quality, safety, or sanitation issues. Perform other duties as assigned.
