We’re currently looking for a 2nd Shift Dispatcher to join our team in a full-time role. If you’re reliable, customer-focused, and bring a positive attitude to every shift, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do: Dispatch and coordinate drivers and loads for same-day operations Provide timely, accurate communication to both customers and internal teams Handle updates, changes, and troubleshooting with a service-first mindset Support our team of drivers to help ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries

What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years in a transportation or logistics coordination role preferred Experience with McLeod software a plus Strong computer and communication skills (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) Ability to remain calm, organized, and helpful under pressure At Inontime, we believe in doing things differently, starting with how we take care of our people.
