Top performers will have the opportunity to move into an Outside Sales Representative role, managing client relationships and growing new accounts.

This entry-level position is perfect for someone interested in launching a career in logistics and sales. You'll begin by supporting our customers and internal operations, with the opportunity to advance into an Outside Sales Representative role within 12–24 months based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding shipments, scheduling, and service updates
• Enter and manage shipment details in our Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, carriers) to ensure timely deliveries
• Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist in quoting logistics services
• Learn company services, pricing structures, and industry regulations
• Identify potential sales opportunities and support the outside sales team
• Participate in training and eventually shadow sales reps on client visits

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer service or logistics/transportation experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning logistics software (TMS, CRM, etc.)
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for future sales responsibilities
