Goodmiles Running Company in Brookfield, WI is looking for a full -time Athletic Retail Fit Specialist to join our team with weekday, daytime hours . Responsibilities :

Assist customers by working one-on-one to provide an expert foot fitting and provide advice on shoes, insoles, and accessories.

Recommend running apparel and accessories to enhance the customer's experience.

Provide top-notch customer service and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications :

Active Lifestyle : A passion for fitness, running, walking, or athletics.

Sales Ability : Retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Customer-Focused : Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.

Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using point-of-sale systems.

Schedule :

Full-time, 32-40 hours per week, with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. Our store closes at 7 PM on weekdays and 6 PM on Saturdays.
