Goodmiles Running Company in Brookfield, WI is looking for a full-time Athletic Retail Fit Specialist to join our team with weekday, daytime hours. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by working one-on-one to provide an expert foot fitting and provide advice on shoes, insoles, and accessories.
• Recommend running apparel and accessories to enhance the customer's experience.
• Provide top-notch customer service and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Active Lifestyle: A passion for fitness, running, walking, or athletics.
• Sales Ability: Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems.

Schedule:
