Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to prepare delicious meals according to our menu. The Line Cook will be responsible for setting up the workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment, following recipes, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures - Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift heavy items - Certificate in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus

Responsibilities: - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion - Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards - Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workstation - Assist with food inventory and control
