*What We’re Looking For:*

* *Experienced line cooks* with a strong background in *scratch kitchens and fast-paced, high-volume service* * Absolute *adherence to standardized recipes, portion control, and plate presentation* * Strong knowledge and strict practice of *food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation protocols* * Meticulous about *station setup, organization, and prep* * Able to *stay composed and productive under pressure* * *Reliable, punctual, and committed* to full-time availability and team success * Must be able to *stand for long periods*, lift 50+ lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays * Willingness to work in *West Palm Beach, Jupiter, or Loxahatchee*, depending on location needs

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Prepare and execute all dishes with *accuracy, consistency, and urgency* * Follow all *recipes, prep standards, and presentation guidelines* exactly * Maintain a *clean, organized, and health-code-compliant* work station at all times * Support fellow cooks and jump in wherever needed * Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH team * Participate in daily prep, restocking, and end-of-shift cleaning duties
