What You Will Be Doing
Take complete ownership of a critical national launch domain: regulatory approvals, onboarding & systems implementation, or financial operations
Spearhead cross-functional execution with autonomous decision-making authority and full results accountability
Develop comprehensive operational playbooks from scratch and validate them through immediate implementation
Work directly alongside founders, department heads, and on-site teams to deliver launch-ready infrastructure
Leverage cutting-edge AI solutions and automation technologies to optimize operations and expedite implementation
What You Won’t Be Doing
Serving in an advisory capacity – this role demands hands-on execution
Navigating bureaucratic channels – you’ll have direct access to key decision-makers
Focusing on a single market or isolated workflow – you’ll orchestrate simultaneous initiatives across multiple regions
Waiting for direction – you’ll be expected to establish clarity in ambiguous situations
Escalating difficult decisions – the tough calls will be yours to own and implement
Director Of Retail Operations Key Responsibilities Take complete ownership of one fundamental operational pillar within 2HL's nationwide school launch initiative – delivering results rapidly, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll have complete autonomy within your domain.
Basic Requirements We’re recruiting across several operational verticals. All positions require exceptional speed, clear communication, methodical thinking, and intense execution capabilities.
Successful Candidates Will Possess
Minimum 3 years at a premier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional operations in complex, fast-paced environments
Expertise in at least one area: navigating regulatory frameworks, implementing onboarding systems, or managing financial operations at scale
Highly structured problem-solving with strong bias toward action and ability to execute independently
Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately 1 week monthly
Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity and accelerate deliverables

Working with Us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
