Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy Operations to lead its next stage of growth. This is a direct hire leadership role where youll oversee operations, drive strategic initiatives, and make a meaningful impact on patient careparticularly in HIV/AIDS specialty services. Position Highlights: Strategic Leadership: Oversee multiple pharmacy managers and teams while shaping the direction of a growing pharmacy division.

High-Visibility Role: Report directly to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Direct and optimize daily pharmacy operations across multiple locations.

Mentor, coach, and develop pharmacy managers and staff.

Ensure compliance with ACHC accreditation, state/federal regulations, and payer requirements.

Drive workflow efficiency, KPI achievement, and financial performance.

Lead provider outreach, partnerships, and community engagement.

Manage inventory, budgets, and quality programs to ensure regulatory readiness.

Qualifications: Active Florida Pharmacist license.

5+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership, including director-level experience.

Proven track record managing multi-site teams in retail or specialty pharmacy.

Strong expertise in HIV/AIDS pharmacy operations (AAHIVP certification preferred).

Business acumen with experience growing service lines and improving outcomes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
