About The Role: We’re looking for a brand-first, customer-obsessed Director of Social Media to lead and elevate our presence across platforms—turning our channels into powerful engines for engagement, storytelling, and growth. In this highly visible role, you’ll own the social media strategy end-to-end, from vision to execution, while ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand’s voice, values, and deep understanding of our audience. You’ll partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to develop and deploy social strategies that scale reach, build loyalty, and drive business impact. This is a hands-on leadership role: part strategist, part creator, and part cultural translator—connecting brand and audience through compelling digital experiences.
