Job Summary: This position manages daily operations of multiple departments within Imaging to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution. Oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. Determine and justify needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitor usage, and oversee proper working order and/or stock supplies. Assess the quality of patient care delivered and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. Respond to patient grievances and incident reports to identify opportunities for improvement of processes and patient care within Imaging Services. Required Skills and Qualifications: Ambitious professional with critical thinking skills, effective communication (written and verbal) skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently. Benefits: Accredited Program in Imaging required. Advanced Registry MRI Technologist certification preferred.
