Job Title: Data Entry Administrative Assistant Location: East Aurora, NY (14052) - 100% onsite Duration: 12 months contract Shift: 1st
Job Description: We are looking for someone good with computers, familiar with blue print reading. Flexible on start and end times as long as it is first shift. Quality experience is a plus. Discus software and AS9102 FAIR is a huge plus. This role will be working independently without interaction with others. Candidate must be okay to work in a solo setting. Candidate must be able to take initiative and learn on their own. Successful candidate must be a self starter and willing to work under minimal supervision transferring inspection information from blue prints to a formal AS9100 FAI document. This position is strictly clerical in nature and will be involving AS9100 FAI documentation and blue print ballooning. The successful candidate should be familiar with computers and computer software and data entry. The successful candidate will be a quick learner that is able to look at samples provided and duplicate them. Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision is key. Candidate will be evaluated based on accuracy and efficiency to perform the job. Provide effective, timely, and consistently documentation into our AS9100 FAI System. Accuracy is key, candidate will be transferring inspection data from a blue print and CMM report to AS9100 form. Candidate may be tasked with ballooning prints for FAI inspeciton. Transfer information from hand written documents into a computer system (TIP).
