Job Title: Customer Success Representative Location: Fully remote (United States Based Only) ⏳ Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Starting at $60,000 annually
About You: You are empathetic and customer-focused, with a natural ability to build relationships and understand customer needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work with a strong sense of accountability. You adapt easily to change and see it as an opportunity for growth. You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results. You have experience in the ABA industry, either as an RBT, BCBA, or in another clinical role. You are highly organized and excel at managing multiple customer relationships and priorities. You have experience with CRM software, project management tools, and customer support tools (a plus!). You are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do • Serve as the primary contact for customers during their Hi Rasmus implementation, providing onboarding tools, training, and personalized support. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and challenges. • Be an expert on our products, proactively identifying and resolving customer issues while providing guidance on best practices. • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and drive product improvements. • Track and analyze customer usage and engagement data to identify trends and patterns. • Deliver training sessions and webinars to educate customers on product features and functionality. • Stay up to date with industry trends and customer success best practices.
What You Bring
Proven experience in the ABA field or a related industry such as Education, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, software training, or implementation. Experience training others on software or other technological tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, virtual environment. Thrives in a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
