Customer Success / Customer Account Representative

Cimarron is seeking a Customer Success/Customer Account Representative to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.

Key Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal end users, stakeholders, and internal technical teams.
  • Capture, clarify, and communicate customer requirements to engineering, architecture, and service delivery teams.
  • Track and resolve customer issues while proactively identifying areas for improvement and managing expectations.
  • Support regular status updates, service reviews, and customer success reporting.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure alignment with contractual and technical obligations.
  • Support customer onboarding and lifecycle management in a hybrid computing environment, including data transfer, storage, and high-performance computing services.
  • Coordinate communications between account holders and technical delivery teams such as architecture, storage, and operations.
  • Leverage executive-level communication skills and IT knowledge to engage and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable requirements and drive satisfaction through tailored enterprise solutions.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.   • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • 2 or more years of experience in an IT-focused customer account management or customer success position.
  • Familiar with requirements gathering, customer lifecycle management, and technical stakeholder engagement.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field.
  • Experience supporting technical government customers.
  • Understanding of on-prem, hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure) and enterprise IT systems.
