You'll rock this job if you have:

• High school diploma required; college coursework or a bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Electronics, or related field) preferred.
• Customer service, inside sales, data entry, or similar experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers by email and phone, respond to questions, and provide accurate product and service information.
• Generate sales quotations and enter purchase orders into the company system; follow up on quotes and orders.
• Process requests from sales reps and distributors (e.g., literature, demos).
• Prepare and maintain reports and customer records as requested.
• Make cost-justifiable product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Become a product knowledge expert to assist customers and internal teams.
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards (including compliance with ISO 9001).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
