Join our dynamic team as an Individual Plans Sales & Support Specialist, where you'll empower brokers and members to make informed decisions about their health insurance options.
What You’ll Do
Educate & Empower: Train and support brokers in understanding and selling Individual Plans—both Marketplace and off-Marketplace.
Guide Members: Help individuals navigate plan choices with clarity and compassion, ensuring they select coverage that fits their needs.
Collaborate Across Teams: Communicate professionally with brokers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless service.
Support & Outreach: Handle inbound and warm outbound calls to update members on changes—no cold sales, just helpful conversations.
Stay Sharp: Keep up with healthcare legislation and reform, and translate complex updates into actionable insights for brokers and members.
Strive for Excellence: Maintain a monthly phone audit score of 95%+ and pass all departmental training assessments.
What You Bring
Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help and listen.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet-based systems.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive under pressure.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
