You'll Rock This Job If You Have:
Education: High school diploma required; college coursework or a bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Electronics, or related field) preferred.
Experience: Customer service, inside sales, data entry, or similar experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills .
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers by email and phone , respond to questions, and provide accurate product and service information.
Generate sales quotations and enter purchase orders into the company system; follow up on quotes and orders.
Process requests from sales reps and distributors (e.g., literature, demos).
Prepare and maintain reports and customer records as requested.
Make costjustifiable product recommendations based on customer needs.
Become a product knowledge expert to assist customers and internal teams.
Follow internal procedures and quality standards (including compliance with ISO 9001).
Perform other duties as assigned.
