Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to the team in Half Moon Bay. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities • Provide high‑quality customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via email • Support daily title and escrow operations, including document handling and file updates • Answer client inquiries and route requests appropriately • Assist with intake, data entry, and maintaining accurate and organized records • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing • Support front‑office operations as needed
