Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Responsibilities: Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No schedule change requests can be accommodated during the first 90 days. Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related inquiries. Assist with problem resolution as needed. Respond promptly, courteously, and concisely to all phone inquiries. Accurately document all encounters in clear and concise online logs. Transfer callers to appropriate Call Center units when necessary. Consistently meet individual performance standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Maintain strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics.
