Title: CNC Field Service Engineer Location: Mundelein, IL Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Job Duties: Conduct field service at customer facilities, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool & cutter grinding machines. Provide comprehensive support to customers onsite, by phone, and via email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively. Travel up to 80% to support customer needs, including domestic and international travel. Ideal Candidates: Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs. Proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both on-site and remotely, including answering customer inquiries regarding maintenance, mechanical/electrical drawings, and part identification. Experience with the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities. "Hands-on " individual with a strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and other technical drawings. Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred. Must Have: CNC grinding experience, troubleshooting CNC machines, remote support Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
