As a CNA or DSP at Springfield Homes, you'll play an essential role in providing top-notch care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Supporting residents in maintaining independence and dignity.
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive and safe environment.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities to promote their well-being.
• Ensuring proper documentation and communication regarding resident care.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in caregiving, CNA, or DSP roles.
• Is attentive, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
• Thrives in a team-oriented, family-like atmosphere.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
