As a Certified CNA or DSP at Springfield Homes, you'll play a vital role in our residents' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Building meaningful relationships with residents in a warm, family-oriented environment.
- Maintaining a 6:1 care ratio to ensure personalized attention and support.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Certification as a CNA or DSP.
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
- A caring and attentive nature, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
