Responds to resident needs promptly, while maintaining each resident's self-respect, dignity, safety and confidentiality. Documents actions by completing forms, logs, and reports. Uses universal precautions and follows established policies and procedures. Maintains a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
