Logiwa is looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative to fuel our growth and become a key player of our sales team. As a BDR, you will be the first person to interact with prospective customers through your own outbound efforts and inbound marketing channels. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-3 years sales experience and is eager to build a career in the SaaS sales space. We are not a brand new startup but we're also not a Fortune 100 company. It's a challenging role with big responsibility.

What you'll do:

  • Generate qualified opportunities: Create and leverage creative strategies to generate opportunities via calls, emails, social outreach, and events.
  • Qualify prospects: Discover and understand prospect's business needs, challenges and opportunities against an established criteria for handoff to the Account Executives as sales qualified opportunities
  • Build relationships: with team members and prospective clients by driving value in every interaction.
  • Leverage Systems and Data: by using our CRM (Hubspot), and data tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc. to assist with networking, prospecting and qualifying prospects
  • Hit targets: Meet and exceed qualified opportunity generation targets and activity KPIs, tracking progress in HubSpot and other tools.

What you've got:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in sales/business development and prospecting in a software/tech or logistics company.
  • Curiosity - Consistently looking to learn, understand and apply learnings.
  • A demonstrated track record of navigating obstacles to achieve successful results.
  • A solid understanding of client pain points and business needs, with a solutions-oriented and consultative approach to problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and the ability to discover, capture, and transfer knowledge of prospect information to other parts of the business.

The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on years of experience. This position is also eligible to participate in a commission plan, making on target earnings up to $70,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on attainment of individual and team goals.
