You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach, building relationships, and qualifying leads. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities. Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our solutions. Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand their needs and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant lead information and activity notes. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads. Analyze and report on lead generation metrics and performance. Continuously improve outreach strategies and techniques based on feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field. 1-2 years of sales or business development experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to engage prospects and convey value propositions on calls and in writing. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads and sales activities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
