What Will You Do as a Bilingual Spanish Representative? As a vital member of our team, you'll represent one of the top insurance providers in the nation. You'll handle inbound calls from warm leads and current policyholders, assisting them with their insurance needs. Your role involves building relationships and providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Receive inbound calls and conduct consultations to identify customer needs, effectively guiding conversations to match products and solutions. Educate customers on our insurance offerings while identifying opportunities to sell additional products. Ensure accurate information is communicated verbatim regarding coverages and solutions using provided resources. Troubleshoot and resolve insurance-related inquiries and service issues through research and analysis. Engage with a diverse range of customers, tailoring assistance to meet their unique needs.
