Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service for routine inquiries via telephone, emails, web chats, or letters. Utilize our computerized systems for tracking and information gathering. Respond to inquiries using prepared scripts and refer complex cases to senior staff. Assist customers in completing online applications and submitting them to necessary healthcare providers. Maintain familiarity with client regulations and update knowledge accordingly. Report and resolve system issues timely and accurately. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience. Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Regular attendance is mandatory.
