Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide customer service for basic inquiries through various channels (telephone, email, web chat). Utilize a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting. Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Assist customers with online applications and submissions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies. Report any issues with the online system to the appropriate parties. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask. Regular attendance and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Must complete internal CCO training and certify in Tier I Claims training. This position requires working on-site; remote options are not available until one year of successful employment.
