As a valued member of our team at Store #708008, located at 16307 NE Highway 99, Vancouver, WA 98665, you will be taking on a part-time position with a starting pay of $17.70 per hour. You will have opportunities to assist customers in person and over the phone, process sales transactions accurately, maintain store standards, and help in maintaining inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in determining their needs and presenting suitable products. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions following company policies. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Perform product mixing and tinting as per customer specifications. Support store operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining cleanliness. Stay knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Knowledge of tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
