This role is vital to the success of our retail stores. As a Retail Store Associate, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs and provide answers to questions regarding Sherwin-Williams products. You'll recommend the right solutions, resolve customer concerns promptly, and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Staying informed about product features and maintaining high-quality visual standards for both products and the store environment will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will help achieve excellent customer service while meeting the store's sales goals. The selected candidate will work at stores within a 10-mile radius of the West-Seattle Store: Store #708658, located at: 7305 Delridge Way SW, Seattle, WA 98116. This is a part-time position, and starting pay is $22.00 per hour. As part of your role, you will have contact with customers, including minors, access to cash and electronic payment methods, and store merchandise. Therefore, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its reputation, and ensure the safety of all involved. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
