Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable products. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions and maintain work order files. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Support inventory management and ensure store displays are appealing and stocked. Assist with deliveries and warehouse tasks as needed. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience with paint and related products. Proficiency in tinting and mixing equipment. Bilingual in more than one language. Ability to communicate in Spanish.
