Bartenders at The Cake Bake Shop are expected to create a magical and one-of-a-kind experience for our guests by:

• Understanding the menu. This includes being well versed in all items (and recipes) with the ability to answer questions about ingredients, history of the item, flavor profiles, and pairings.
• Exhibiting poise and composure during a fast paced and busy shift.
• Working as part of a team to ensure that all guests have an elevated and unique experience.
• Working efficiently and effectively with TOAST POS.
• Ensuring accuracy of all orders and financial transactions.
• Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, engaging with our guests and with other team members.
• Adhering to our uniform and brand standards.

Requirements:

In order to be eligible for this position you must be able to meet the following criteria:

• Weekend availability
• Flexibility to work both day and evening shifts
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted IN liquor license
• Prior experience in fine dining preferred
• 2 years previous experience as a Server required
