Ford Certified Service Technician Location: Brooklyn, NY Job Type: Full-Time Department: Service

Job Summary: Premier Ford is hiring a qualified Service Technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on customer vehicles. This role focuses on completing assigned repair orders efficiently and communicating service needs clearly with the service team. Ford certification and dealership experience are not required, but a plus.

Primary Duties:

Complete repair orders according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines

Use diagnostic tools and test drives to identify and confirm issues

Service and repair key systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and A/C

Inform service advisors of additional issues found and estimate repair time

Perform warranty work in line with manufacturer requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of automotive service experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

ASE certification is a plus

Ford certification preferred but not required

Prior work at a Ford dealership is a bonus

Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems

Experience using diagnostic equipment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Capable of working with precision and consistency

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
