Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Advisor!
Capital Subaru of Greenville is looking for a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers - helping them understand their vehicle needs, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring every visit is smooth and stress-free.

What You'll Do:
Greet customers, assess their service needs, and perform vehicle walkarounds to identify issues.
Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services, including costs and timelines.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments to optimize workflow in the shop.
Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate completion of all work.
Respond to customer questions or concerns quickly and professionally, resolving issues whenever possible.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role preferred
Solid understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Comfort using computer-based scheduling, estimating, and invoicing systems
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
