Job Summary Eddy's Lincoln of Wichita is looking to hire an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Writer. The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting and building strong customer relationships with customers and consulting with them on all their service needs. This role requires thoroughly inspecting each vehicle, selling and promoting additional services, keeping customers informed about their service, handling all incoming service calls, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions.

Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.

Keep the customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

Guarantee customer satisfaction by building customer relations!

Know the product well enough to answer questions regarding the customer’s vehicle

QUALIFICATIONS

At least  2 years of experience  as a Service Advisor.

Candidates with outside brand experience are encouraged to apply

Outgoing communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and internet proficiency required.

Must have a Valid Driver’s License and be in good standing with DMV.

Able to pass a per-employment background check

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING

$60K-100K depending on experience

Monday – Friday w/Rotating Saturday
