Salary Range: $200k-$260k (varies depending on years of experience)

This role is more than a leadership title- it’s an opportunity to influence how care is delivered, experienced, and improved. 

You’ll work alongside a dedicated leadership team to support pediatric providers, strengthen care quality, and expand innovative approaches to accessible, patient-centered healthcare. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

You will: 

  • Help guide the clinical vision and day-to-day operations of pediatric services  
  • Build strong relationships with providers through mentorship, coaching, and advocacy  
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration  
  • Lead efforts that enhance quality outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency. 
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, coordinated care  
  • Play a key role in developing future clinicians through teaching and precepting  
  • Contribute to recruitment strategies and foster a workplace where providers choose to stay and grow  
  • Bring forward new ideas that improve workflows, care delivery, and provider satisfaction  

Requirements: 

  • MD or DO with board certification (or eligibility) in Pediatrics  
  • A passion for community health and health equity  
  • Experience leading or mentoring clinical teams (formal or informal)  
  • Comfort navigating both clinical and operational responsibilities  
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to team-based care
