Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Position Responsibilities:
Partner with the Store Manager in daily store operations.
Manage store activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
Coach, train, and develop store employees.
Maintain good relations with customers, donors, and the community; resolve complaints efficiently.
Communicate personnel issues to management; issue disciplinary warnings, conduct employee evaluations, and set goals in coordination with HR and District Sales Manager.
Ensure store maintains ARC merchandising standards and adequate inventory levels.
Oversee Back Room Processing (BRP) and ensure effective daily processing.
Handle cash securely, manage banking, and safeguard cash in registers and safes.
Assist in establishing and maintaining safety measures per ARC policy and regulations.
Implement loss prevention measures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years retail management/supervisory experience.
Proficiency in POS/cash register operations.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Ability to pass background checks.
Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
Ability to handle objects up to 50 lbs.
Repetitive motion tasks.
Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule: Stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure store coverage.
